Processing Time

All items sold by Thanes Oath Studios are made to order.

Our standard processing time is 2–10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe allows for careful production, finishing, and quality checks.
Painted pieces are given additional curing time prior to dispatch to ensure durability and finish quality during transit.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If order volume exceeds our current capacity, orders will be placed into a waiting list and processed in the order they are received. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.


Packaging

All models are securely packaged with protective padding to help ensure they arrive safely. We take great care in packing each order appropriately for its size and fragility.

Despite careful packaging, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within the UK and internationally.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the carrier.


International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs may apply.
